Qualification Criteria

• Innovative technology
• Exceptional team and business strategy
• Strong and profitable market opportunity
• Defendable competitive advantage
• Completed seed round or secured initial grant
• Customer beta or initial supporting data
• Seeking Series A or later rounds of financing
• At least one woman in a leadership role (at C level) or or in significant position of equity
